hey, just did the multi stage fitness test. it was a nightmare. cant believe how unfit i am. check out multi stage fitness test for info on it if you dont know nothing about it. i did it on wet grass which is definetely not recommended as i was sliding everywhere. i imagine if i did this a few times i could see if my fitness from soccer was improving, but who knows!
